Robert Half is recruiting for an Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Anaplan solutions. The role will support large-scale digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving forecasting and financial planning across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation in a complex, fast-moving environment, influence executive decision-making, and shape the future of planning.
This is a remote role, with occasional trip to the Midlands office (once a month or once a quarter)
The Role
1. Own the architecture of large-scale Anaplan implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Translate complex business requirements into efficient, driver-based forecasting solutions across finance use cases.
3. Deliver planning models that integrate with the organisation's wider data strategy.
4. Champion innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement in Anaplan development.
5. Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities and use cases.
6. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and demos with senior leaders and end users.
7. Influence planning roadmaps and adoption strategies in leadership forums.
About You
8. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level Anaplan solutions.
9. Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
10. Strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience applying driver-based modelling.
11. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership.
12. Experience leading or mentoring model builders and cross-functional teams.
