Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
* Handle your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, including:
o Sales & purchases
o Remortgages
o Right to Buy
o Shared ownership
o New build transactions
o Help to Buy mortgages
o Transfers of equity
* Use a case management system and digital workflows to manage files efficiently
* Take a proactive approach to improving internal processes and ensuring compliance
* Provide excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Ideally, 2-3+ years PQE in residential property law
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* A positive approach to client care, compliance and relationship building
