In this dynamic role, you will: Lead with Vision: Develop a shared vision for occupational therapy services and drive service transformation. Ensure Clinical Excellence: Act as the professional lead, promoting high-quality, evidence-based practice and conducting clinical audits. Develop Talent: Mentor and support staff, ensuring compliance with professional standards while fostering a positive team culture. Guarantee Quality: Set and measure quality standards to improve service delivery and outcomes. Collaborate Strategically: Work with other professionals and agencies to enhance service improvements and ensure compliance with statutory duties, including the Care Act 2014. To thrive in this role, you will need: A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and valid HCPC registration.
