Warehouse Operative – Fulfilment
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Overview
Join a busy fulfilment operation based in Crawley. We’re seeking reliable, detail‑driven Warehouse Operatives to support picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse tasks. You’ll be part of a friendly team, helping ensure on‑time order processing and high standards of accuracy.
Key responsibilities
1. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
2. Prepare goods for dispatch, including labeling and barcoding
3. Load and unload stock using appropriate equipment
4. Inspect inbound goods for quality and report discrepancies
5. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
6. Update inventory records and complete required paperwork
7. Assist with stock checks and recounts as needed
Requirements
8. Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is a plus, but full training provided
9. Good time management and attention to detail
10. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
11. Basic numerical and computer literacy skills
12. Physical fitness to handle manual handling tasks
13. Reliable and punctual with a positive team attitude
14. Forklift or power pallet truck experience is advantageous (not always required)

Shift pattern
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Overtime occasionally available, paid at enhanced rates (to be discussed)
