As an Engineering Manager, you will be leading and supporting teams to deliver exceptional technology solutions and an outstanding customer experience. You should have a deep understanding of technology, a track record in delivering high-quality solutions in a complex environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

* Ensure best engineering practices and risk management.
* Foster an open culture and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
Technology
* Own software engineering processes and lifecycle.
* Promote good practices and guide teams through technical challenges.
* Use data to inform decisions and foster a learning culture.
* Manage technical risks proactively.
Quality & Process
* Ensure quality in all team outputs, including automation and testing.
* Balance functional and non-functional metrics.
* Oversee production services and incident management.
* Monitor costs and collaborate on architecture decisions.
* Drive continuous process improvement and support agile cycles.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Leadership experience in software delivery and team management.
* Background as a Software Engineer or Senior Developer.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
* Mentorship and process improvement experience.
* Knowledge of APIs, MicroServices, Event-Driven Architecture, etc.
