As a Proposition Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative healthcare offerings across Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Dental, Cashplan, Well+, and other subscription services. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch propositions that are differentiated, competitive, and compellingDegree-level education or equivalent experience. Proven experience in proposition development within health insurance or related sectors (general insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities). Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable concepts. Experience in designing products and services. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
