Site Agent – Main Contractor – Central London About the Client Our client is a leading specialist contractor operating across construction, landscaping, and public realm projects throughout the UK. They are recognised for delivering high-quality schemes as a main contractor, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and collaborative project delivery About the Role As Site Agent you will manage day-to-day site production and associated documentation, ensuring works are delivered efficiently while consistently upholding the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance throughout the project. You will also represent our client professionally, ensuring site operations are well organised, compliant, and managed to a high standard always. Responsibilities * Drive site production to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. * Understand, implement, and work to the agreed construction programme * Call off, coordinate, and monitor all materials in line with the programme and site needs. * Lead the delivery of high-quality workmanship, achieving right-first-time outcomes. * Complete and manage all site HSEQ documentation, including daily briefings, task briefings (TBT), LOLER, PUWER, and site inspections. * Issue clear and timely instructions to site teams and subcontractors. * Issue and manage permits to work in accordance with site procedures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including photographs, site diaries, and reports. * Assist with the production of Operation & Maintenance manuals.
