We are looking to appoint a dedicated Project Manager and Research Involvement Lead to work across selected Imperial Biomedical Research Centre’s research themes and projects.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery, coordination, and management of research projects, while embedding meaningful public involvement and engagement, research inclusion, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What you would be doing
You will lead on participant recruitment, public involvement and operational management of the process evaluation for a range of projects (e.g. REACT, Dementia Trials Accelerator, PERC, Digital Health Theme), ensuring good uptake, a high-quality participant experience, effective data collection, and timely and effective application of findings as required by the projects.

The candidate will have considerable experience in effective communication with study participants and an in-depth understanding of the challenges associated with organising and delivering complex, large-scale health research studies, including regulatory and ethical considerations.
