An exciting time to join the business, the client are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, to be based in Westbury, Wiltshire. The purpose of this role: - To maintain the client's owned and leased assets to ensure the maximum availability and reliability is achieved. Ensure that the equipment is maintained in accordance with relevant standards, procedures & legislation. - To deliver the required work in a safe and effective manner, conforming to contract specification and to provide the first level response to any locomotive and wagon failures, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness, reliability and performance is achieved. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: To facilitate the work detailed by the Team Leader / Supervisor and serve as a front-line fitter. To deliver all aspects of their Rail locomotives and Wagons to a successful completion of work under the guidance of the Supervisor and Team Leader.
