About the hospital;
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable and dynamic private hospital based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a friendly surgical team. The hospital undertakes a range of procedures including orthopaedic, urological, cosmetic, spinal, gynaecological and general surgical procedures. The services has 4 theatres, 25 beds, a state- of- the- art endoscopy suite, oncology suite and dedicated clinics. The team are passionate about the high quality care they provide and looking for a like minded Registered Nurse to join the team.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse on a surgical ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for:
8. Support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
9. Assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs.
10. Actively promote best practice
11. Contribute towards quality improvements
12. Work well as part of a supportive team
Who we’re looking for
13. Be NMC registered RGN – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
14. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
15. At least 1 years surgical experience in the UK
16. Able to showcase excellent patients care
17. Strong communication skills
18. Flexible and eager to learn
