Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Bracknell (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: £75,000 20% bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Bracknell. This is a key leadership role, taking full responsibility for managing a team of in-house Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialists. The successful candidate will ensure all hiring needs are met efficiently without reliance on external agencies, while also managing client relationships end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to achieve recruitment targets. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring roles are filled efficiently, cost-effectively, and with top-quality candidates. Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Act as the first point of contact for client-related matters, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless experience. Develop and implement effective talent strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives. Produce and review regular recruitment performance reports. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar senior-level recruitment/TA leadership role. Strong background in in-house recruitment and talent acquisition strategy. Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
