Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
* Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity, and development.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Currently able to undertake an enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
