What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Maintain a calm and productive learning environment
* Support students with a range of needs, including those with SEN
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience working with secondary-aged learners
* SEN experience or the ability to support additional needs
* Adaptable, confident, and positive classroom presence
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
