Now, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of Greater London –focusing on contract catering groups and independent coffee shops. The brand already partners with major wholesalers (Bidfood, Brakes, and now Booker), and the foundations are rock solid. What’s needed is someone to drive volume, build visibility, and bring passion to every customer conversation.
The Opportunity
· Take the lead in driving sales across contract catering, independents, and higher education sites.
· Work with established routes to market – your focus is all about pull-through, activation, and growth.
· Build strong relationships with area and operations managers across key catering groups.
· Champion a product range that customers genuinely love – and be proud to represent it.
· Enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role with full support from a dynamic, close-knit sales team.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in FMCG field sales – ideally within foodservice, OOH, or wholesale.
· A natural relationship-builder with infectious energy and commercial drive.
· Someone who thrives on hitting goals, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into sales.
· Passion for health, sustainability, and real ingredients – you’ll believe in what you sell.
· A growth mindset – this is a brand that’s scaling fast, and they want you to grow with them.
