Compensation Data £24,000 - £27,000 Mission Details Division : BUK [Bostik Adhesives Ltd] Department : Supply Chain JOB TITLE End to End Key Account Coordinator [Bostik Adhesives Ltd] SITUATION IN ORGANISATION Reports to Customer Relationship Manager JOB DIMENSIONS Customer Order and Schedule Management. Customer Relationship Management [single point of contact for Key Account]. KPI ownership and management. Sales & Operations planning input and participation. [Liaising with Production, Demand Planning and ASM's using various order trackers between departments] Active participation in cost saving projects - working alongside other areas. [Freight, order consolidation] Verify, process and challenge chargebacks and fines on a weekly basis. Forecasting performance - tracking support [customer orders vs Forecast - given period]. Transportation optimization support [ensure weekly shipments are optimized to optimal level] ACTIVITIES End to End Key Account Coordination Implement and follow up global processes across EMEA. Coordinate activities and ensure optimal service levels versus cost to serve within scope of the role. Managing the order book against stock availability daily, liaising with production in case of date changes Achieve KPIs related to the role [OTS, OTC: Order Book and Cost Management related]. Ensure full Root Cause analysis is performed if KPIs not achieved and propose actions to mitigate issues. Implement and follow up action plan defined by Supply Chain Director or Corporate for continuous improvement within perimeter. Contribute to budget achievement at EMEA level. Support cost optimization across EMEA. Support actively Cost Savings Projects in the EMEA region. Review the current work processes in EMEA, in conjunction with Corporate Functions and Supply Chain Director, in order to increase service levels, optimize costs and inventory. Define and suggest needs and also implement tools and policies (PowerBI, SAP). Work with Supply Chain Logistics, Demand Planning and Supply Planning, to assess current customer ordering patterns and propose improvements. Liaising with the Freight Forwarder to ensure containers and vessels are secured- ensuring that OTS is adhered to Keeping track of Credit Blocked orders to prevent failure of OTS Business Support the business in providing optimized service levels alongside balancing demand, supply and inventory levels. Responsible for meeting business profitability targets within job perimeters. Context and environment Role covering a diverse and complex EMEA customer range and Supply Chain related activities. Working in matrix organization involving local, regional teams, and Bostik Teams. Cost Savings environment where continuous improvement is required. Budget QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Multilingual superstar and speak at least 2-3 of these languages fluently [in addition to English]: German, French, Spanish and Italian proficiently.
