We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Owner Drivers with a valid PCO License to join our team. As an owner driver, you will provide safe, efficient, and friendly transport services to passengers, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner.
* Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all customers.
* Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and compliant with PCO and TfL regulations.
* Use GPS navigation and company dispatch systems to manage bookings.
* Assist passengers with luggage and provide additional support when required.
* Follow all road safety laws and company policies.
* Manage your own schedule while fulfilling pre-booked and on-demand journeys.
Requirements
* Valid PCO License (Private Hire Driver's License).
* Own licensed, insured, and roadworthy vehicle that meets TfL/PCO standards.
* Full UK Driving License with a good driving record.
* Good knowledge of London roads and major routes.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Smartphone with internet access for booking and navigation apps.
* Right to work in the UK.
