About the Role The Office Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day office functions, ensuring that calls, emails, and customer interactions are managed efficiently and effectively. While the admin tasks across departments are broadly similar, Credit Control and reporting require closer attention. The successful candidate will directly manage a small team of 3–4 office-based staff and take ownership of team supervision, data reporting, and proactive issue resolution across the office.
