Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
Parity starts after 12 weeks
* Basic rate: £13.27 per hour - POTENTIAL EARNING OF £538 PER WEEK plus overtime
* Premium night rate from 6PM to 6 AM £16.22 per hour - POTENTIAL EARNING OF £608 PER WEEK plus overtime
* Overtime reconciled over a 4-weekly period; threshold 169 hours in a month's period. Whatever is on top of those hours gets paid at £21.53 per hour (£23.4 per hour for night shifts).
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative
We have a variety of shifts available:
* 06:00 - 14:00
* 08:00 - 16:00
* 14:00 - 22:00
* 18:00 - 02:00
* Other shifts may be available
You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 37.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required)

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
* Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
* Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
* To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
* Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
* This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
