My client is actively seeking Personal Injury Solicitors at all levels of experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of pursuer injury claims, both pre-litigation and litigated, ranging from basic to complex, serious injury cases.
* Generate fee income and contribute to the team's success.
* Provide outstanding client care to individuals who have experienced traumatic and life-changing events.
* Conduct meetings with clients and expert witnesses.
* Analyse evidence and research legal issues concerning liability, causation, and quantum.
* Draft various legal documents including statements, pleadings, and court submissions.
* Secure early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation for clients.
* Optimise settlements for clients.
* Maintain regular contact with all clients through a task-based case management system, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing expectations.
* Develop your professional profile by contributing to case reports, articles, and commentary on relevant issues.
* Conduct technical and case reviews, providing updates and feedback to management.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development.
