Caretaker/Receptionist required on a permanent part-time basis based at Townhouse, Kirkcaldy.
Responsibilities
* Mobile Receptionist / Caretaker - 22.5 hours per week, on a 52-week contract. Working Monday to Friday as required between 6:30am to 8:30pm, covering Corporate Buildings in Levenmouth, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy & Dunfermline area. Enhancements are paid for hours worked before 7:00am and after 8:00pm.
Salary and Benefits
You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 to £24,890.91 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

The Person
* Educated to SCQF level 5, including National 5, SVQ level 2, Standard Grades at Credit level, or equivalent, including English.
* Experience in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various buildings (ownership responsibility - see ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework).
* Experience resolving telephone enquiries.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Attendance at a full-day induction training before starting in the role.
