Person specification Main details of the role include but are not limited to: General administrative tasks to include the organisation and dispatch of appointments for all clinical staff, photocopying, filing (medical and general), receipt and dispatch of faxes and to assist with the receipt, sort and dispatch of mail as required. Ensure all referrals are brought to the attention of the nurse team leader for action. Answering the office and reception phone, dealing with queries within your own area of expertise and taking accurate messages as appropriate for other staff and booking appointments via the Defence Medical Information Capability Program (DMICP).
