Multiple Product Manager roles focused on leading the definition and development of a Digital Assistant platform powered by AI and LLMs and AI MVPs/PoCs. You'll work across stakeholders spanning business and technical teams to shape and manage a roadmap that delivers real value, fast. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between end user needs, enterprise constraints, and cutting edge AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Assistant, aligned to client priorities and user needs Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand pain points and identify high impact opportunities Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams (internal and client side) to deliver key features Define success metrics and track product performance post launch Stay up to date on advances in AI, LLMs, and Conversational UX and apply them pragmatically to the platform Champion ways of working that are agile, transparent, and outcome focused What We're Looking For Strong experience as a Product Manager in AI, data, or enterprise software environments Hands on experience with Digital Assistants, AI copilots, chatbots, or LLM driven solutions Ability to operate in a delivery led consulting environment and manage client relationships effectively Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g. APIs, vector search, LLM integration) and the ability to work closely with technical teams A structured, delivery focused approach to product thinking that balances innovation with pragmatism Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
