Private Client Solicitor – Haywards Heath
A well‑established and highly regarded regional firm in Haywards Heath is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3-10 PQE) to join its thriving and personable team. The Role
You'll handle a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Wills, trusts and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* LPAs and Court of Protection matters
* Tax planning and wealth protection for HNW clients
* Advising families, business owners and vulnerable clients
You'll also have the chance to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
What We're Looking For
* 3-10 years PQE in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client matters
* A confident communicator with a client‑centred approach
* STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
* Someone who enjoys autonomy but thrives in a collaborative, friendly team
