A highly respected insurance broker is looking to appoint an experienced High Net Worth Account Handler to join their established Private Clients team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-supported, professional environment where client service is the top priority.
Working alongside a knowledgeable and friendly team, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid and high-net-worth individuals, as well as some connected corporate clients. This is a role where attention to detail, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities of the HNW Account Handler:
* Manage an existing portfolio of Private Clients, delivering outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions.
* Conduct in-depth risk assessments to ensure clients are properly protected.
* Advise on appropriate HNW coverage and present clear, accurate insurance proposals.
* Negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes.
* Handle policy adjustments, renewals, and documentation promptly and professionally.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
* Keep up to date with insurance market trends and regulatory changes.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a similar broking role within Private Clients or Personal Lines insurance.
* High Net Worth experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
* A good knowledge of private household, motor, travel and other relevant products.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client needs.
* Capable of working independently while also contributing to a team-focused environment.
* Experience using Acturis and Microsoft Office is desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits.
* 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days.
