Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized project support coordinator with energy, enthusiasm, and experience in organizing and enabling teams to join the Transformation and Improvement team at KMPT. If you are interested in transforming and improving services for service users, carers, and staff, and enjoy working collaboratively to make a positive impact, this role is for you.
Your role involves working with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers to co-design and co-produce projects that lead to transformational change, such as improving clinical care pathways, redesigning services, creating strategies, and fostering a quality improvement culture.
Main Duties
The Project Support Coordinator will focus on enabling and empowering excellent care through positive change, working collaboratively to achieve measurable improvements in services.
Requirements: A full, valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010).
