To provide full support to the Office Manager and sites, combined with business administration and support for all staff. Duties: Office administration to assist with: Maintenance of internal administration systems, ensuring these are up to date and relevant Compiling data for KPIs Health & Safety data and equipment ordering Filing, photocopying and scanning as required Assist with HR administration in a timeous manner including: Order Plant and Materials for sites Assist with CCS preparation on sites Attend meetings when required and take minutes Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company and administration policies are followed Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented and returned by due date Any other ad hoc administrative duties for the NEE team as required About you: Good level of education achieved to Standard Grade level including Maths and English Proficient in MS Office and other software packages with a good degree of computer literacy Pro-active, helpful, approachable, and flexible nature Skilled in multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills The ability to work well as part of a team and also able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Good attention to detail Punctual, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed Positive approach and good work ethic Our Principles - The Robertson Way Our principles are our roadmap to achieving positive outcomes and delivering on our purpose.
