Position:
We are seeking a Procurement Admin Support to be based at our Thurso, Stornoway or Fort William campus.
Responsibilities:
* Providing procurement and administrative support to the Estates & Campus Services teams.
* Supporting the planning and execution of procurement exercises.
* Contract management and liaising with contractors.
* Monitoring contract expenditure.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* Experience working in a professional office environment and dealing with people in a customer-facing role.
* Good IT skills and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations and processes (desirable).
* Gaelic language skills (advantageous).
