We're seeking a skilled Roofing Technician/Solar Installer to play a key role in delivering top-quality rooftop solar installations across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes real pride in their work and is excited to help raise the bar for solar installs in the UK.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead the rooftop mounting and installation of solar PV systems (tile, slate, flat, metal, integrated roofs)
2. Conduct roof assessments and plan safe, efficient installations
3. Coordinate with electricians on-site for smooth handovers
4. Maintain top standards of finish, alignment, and sealing
5. Ensure full compliance with health & safety (Working at Height, PPE, equipment use)
