As a Senior Solution Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that belief — shaping how our customers experience the full value of nCino’s Professional Services and ensuring every implementation journey starts with a clear, compelling vision.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your expertise in scoping, estimation, and solution design directly influences nCino’s growth in the Community and Regional institution space. You’ll work closely with Sales and Professional Services teams to translate complex customer needs into clear implementation proposals — building trust, driving revenue, and setting customers up for long-term success.
You’ll also be on the frontier of how we work — leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance how you and your team operate, continuously finding smarter ways to deliver value to our customers and the business.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead scoping and estimation efforts with prospective and existing nCino customers in the Community and Regional space
2. Design implementation approaches and craft compelling Statement of Work documents and professional services proposals
3. Present the Professional Services story to clients, sharing best practices on how to implement and adopt nCino features and functionality
4. Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline, managing all components of Services opportunities
5. Build project budgets that serve as the baseline for Professional Services implementations
6. Manage the handoff between Sales and Professional Services for all Community and Regional deals
7. Develop and execute strategies to grow Professional Services offerings across nCino’s expanding customer base
8. Support the Community and Regional sales team on large, complex B2B transactions
9. Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, and generate insights that elevate decision-making and customer experience
10. Stay current on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities
Ideally You’ll Have
11. Solid experience as a consultant or business analyst, with a strong track record of delivering results in a collaborative, client-facing environment
12. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
13. A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and work across multiple teams
14. Willingness to travel to client locations as required (up to 25%)
