This search for a positive, ambitious and hands on marketing manger is to develop implement and execute the marketing plan, which is to have a great focus on business strategy encompassing segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign management, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive growth objectives.
Develop and implement annual Marketing & Communications plans for the business.
Plan and execute demand generation and conversion initiatives, including organic and paid search campaigns, social media strategies, content creation, events, and more.
Manage and maintain a database of relevant contacts, leveraging demand generation marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
Identify business opportunities within key customer market segments to support sales and commercial objectives.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, maximizing synergies with the brand/business.
Contribute to content creation for blogs, white papers, website, social media, and other publications to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Collaborate with our PR agency to foster media relationships and support PR and thought leadership initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with established brand guidelines.
3 Days minimum into office located in Coventry.

~ Degree or equivalent in Marketing
~ CRM Experience, preferably salesforce
