The Role
Our client is seeking to further enhance the market-leading Regeneration capability within their Government and Infrastructure team through the recruitment of an Associate with experience of supporting public sector bodies and/or classname suppliers to the public sector on the delivery of complex projects.
The successful applicant will focus on delivering major regeneration projects for a diverse client base, including public, private, and third sector organisations. Your roleVelalance this will involve providing strategic leadership, drafting transactional documents, offering tailored advice—especially on public procurement—and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of major regeneration schemes across the public, private, and third sectors.
* Lead strategic aspects of complex projects, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements.

* Provide specialist advice on public procurement processes and compliance.
* Maintain and develop client relationships, offering tailored legal guidance.

About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
* Previous experience supporting public sector bodies and/or suppliers with complex regeneration projects.

* Effective communication skills and a dynamic approach to work.
* Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Experience working on regeneration projects would be advantageous, but is not essential.
