Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and support to ensure application support and delivery (onshore, offshore, and outsourced partners) comply with IT policies and practices.
2. Ensure solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and supported to meet governance, quality, compliance, security, and documentation standards.
3. Implement and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
4. Embed quality requirements through training and proactive consultancy.
5. Deliver training on new and updated policies and standards.
6. Ensure outsourced/offshored IT service providers meet quality expectations.
7. Identify, mitigate, and manage IT risks impacting C&ES
8. Embed corporate compliance, ethics, and global risk management principles within teams
9. Implement in-process quality controls to reduce risk.
