EPeople is recruiting on behalf of a leading and progressive financial advisory and wealth management firm for an experienced Financial Advisor to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while attending occasional in-person client meetings and team sessions at the London headquarters. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering tailored financial planning, building long-term client relationships, and providing expert advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection solutions. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and business owners. Understand clients’ personal and financial goals to deliver tailored advice. Financial Planning & Advice Provide regulated financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and estate planning. Prepare and present bespoke financial plans, ensuring all advice is compliant with FCA regulations. Business Development Identify opportunities to grow your client portfolio through referrals, networking, and relationship management. Proactively seek new business while maintaining exceptional service levels to existing clients. Collaboration Work closely with paraplanners, administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth case management. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions. Compliance & Reporting Keep accurate records of client interactions and recommendations. Stay up to date with market changes, legislation, and industry trends. Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor within a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA environment. Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent is essential; Chartered status or working towards is desirable. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and protection. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to business development. High level of attention to detail and commitment to client care. Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools such as Voyant, Truth, or Intelligent Office.
