We’re looking for a Finance Co-ordinator to join our busy finance team. In this role, you’ll help deliver core financial services across RBGE and its associated organisations, including the Botanics Trading Company and the Botanics Foundation. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from processing purchase and sales ledger transactions to reconciling bank accounts, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance with VAT and internal policies.
To succeed, you’ll bring strong communication and numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and resilience. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a small team, and you’ll have experience in financial administration, including sales and purchase ledger processes. Whether you hold an SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in a related subject or have gained relevant experience through work, we welcome your application.
