Sales Executive - New Homes Development Premium Homebuilder About the Role A leading premium homebuilder is seeking a hungry, results-driven Sales Executive for their brand-new development launching 21st March 2025. This exciting new site will offer 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes in a highly desirable location. We need someone who will work the phones relentlessly, manage databases effectively, and convert leads into reservations, exchanges, and completions. You'll be joining an experienced Project Sales Manager who is building a strong, high-performing team. What You'll Do Work leads aggressively and follow up relentlessly to hit monthly sales targets Qualify customer needs, arrange viewings, and guide buyers through the complete sales journey Maintain CRM systems and keep accurate, up-to-date records Conduct professional home demonstrations and key handovers Liaise with legal, construction, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently Support the site launch and marketing activities What We're Looking For Hungry and driven-ideally energetic with genuine ambition to succeed Estate agency or new homes sales experience preferred (though hungry candidates from other backgrounds will be considered) Strong phone skills and excellent database management abilities Comfortable working independently and consistently hitting targets Professional, proactive attitude and ready to make an immediate impact Package £30-35k base salary £24k OTE commission 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare Additional incentive schemes Competitive package reflecting the local market Key Details Start Date: ASAP-ideally by end of February Weekend work: Saturday & Sunday expected Site Launch: 21st March 2025 This is an urgent hire for a high-profile site opening.
