Are you a Panel Wireman, Electrical Assembler, or similar looking to join a well-established engineering company that will provide full training, regular overtime, and long-term career progression within the growing process and water industries?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected electrical engineering company employing over 50 staff, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installations and bespoke control panel solutions. The business designs and manufactures electrical control panels for the process industry, working on a wide range of projects across the water and wastewater sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing bespoke control panels from electrical schematics. Working within a close-knit production team, you will play a key role in ensuring panels are built to the highest standards, with opportunities to develop your technical skills through ongoing training and occasional site-based work.
This role would suit a Panel Wireman, Electrical Assembler, Production Operative, or similar looking for a stable Monday to Friday position with an early finish on Fridays, overtime opportunities, and long-term career development.
The Role:
Assemble and wire control panels from electrical drawings
Layout components and install equipment within panels
Carry out quality checks and testing procedures
Prepare completed panels for delivery to customers
Support other production and factory activities when required
The Person:
Experience using hand tools, crimping, drilling, or electrical assembly
Keen to learn and develop within an engineering environment
Commutable to Kington, Herefordshire
