Role
You will manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on complex and high value matters, including:
* Adverse possession
* Breaches of covenant
* Rights to light
* Boundary disputes and nuisance
* Rights of way and party wall issues
* Trespass and title disputes
* Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
* Lease renewals and termination
* Rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default
About You
* 6+ years' PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
* Confidence managing your own caseload
* A commercial, client focused approach
* The ability to deliver strategic, tailored advice in a collaborative environment
