Responsibilities :Provide 2nd/3rd line IT SupportMonitor Customer's Infrastructure via RMM solutionEnsure SLAs are metManage customer issues through closureIdentify recurring outages and trendsDocument processes and suggest improvementsAssist in problem resolution and trainingLead customer IT projectsOffer strategic IT adviceAssist with sales and support quotesSupport and develop internal IT systemsLiaise with suppliers
4. Essential Skills :CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+Virtualisation (VMWare/Hyper-V)Azure installation experienceWatchguard / UTM experienceWindows OS/ServerMicrosoft Exchange and 3655+ years of professional experienceITIL Framework Experience preferredExperience with ITSM ticket systems and RMM / PSAClean UK driving license
5. Desired Skills :Wireless network installationSharePoint AdministrationAdditional certifications (CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MSCE, CCNA)
6. Salary Range : £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
7. Schedule : Monday to Friday, one Saturday a month, on-call rotation
8. Experience : MSP experience preferred
