We are supporting a leading UK Housing Association in recruiting an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a proactive analyst with strong technical accounting skills, excellent financial modelling capability, and experience supporting strategic decision-making in a complex, regulated environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, financial planning, long-term business modelling and treasury/capital reporting, helping the organisation deliver robust financial insight across its housing, development and regeneration programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the production of corporate financial plans, stress testing, scenario analysis and long-term business planning.
* Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with operational teams and finance business partners.
* Produce high-quality management reporting, investment appraisals and financial analysis to support development schemes and capital investment decisions.
* Contribute to treasury reporting, cashflow monitoring, covenant compliance reviews and funding requirements.
* Maintain and update the long-term financial model, ensuring integrity, accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Support statutory and regulatory submissions including VFM metrics, financial returns, and stress testing documentation.
* Provide insightful analysis on performance against budgets, risks, variances and financial KPIs.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects including system improvements, process optimisation, audit support and corporate initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience
* Part-qualified/qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or strong equivalent experience.
* Experience within housing associations, property, real estate, local government or other regulated environments highly beneficial.
* Strong financial modelling skills (Excel modelling, scenario testing, cashflow analysis).
* Solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, long-term planning and capital investment.
* Treasury awareness (covenants, funding, interest, cashflow) desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.
* Able to work independently, hit deadlines and adapt quickly within a temporary/fast-paced setting.
