Home Care Assistant – Overview

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily routines and personal care.
* Offer companionship and share a cup of tea and good chat to support wellbeing.
* Be the friendly face that brightens a client’s morning and fosters a positive home environment.
* Adhere to care plans and maintain high standards of personal care and hygiene.
* Work flexible contract hours including alternating weekends.
* Communicate with colleagues and report any changes in client condition.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Good people skills, strong empathy, and a caring and compassionate nature.
* Positive and professional team working ethos.
* No prior experience required but a passion for care and motivation are essential.
