Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for delivering seamless event experiences on a global scale? Join our Strategic Delivery Office and take the lead in managing high-impact corporate, executive, and industry events.


🚀 What You’ll Do

* Lead end-to-end project management for internal and external events—live, virtual, and hybrid.
* Collaborate with global event marketing and cross-functional teams to define event scope, deliverables, and timelines.
* Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Run regular status meetings, track key milestones, and proactively resolve blockers.
* Align creative, digital, web, and production teams to ensure consistency and quality.
* Oversee event audits and post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement.


🙋 What You Bring

* 7+ years of project management experience in a marketing or events environment.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across global teams.
* Proficiency in tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and MS Project.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
