The role of Customer Supporter includes:
* Providing front-of-house reception duties
* Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities
* Promoting and evaluating activities to help customers reach their potential
* Encouraging customers to access and maintain integration into the wider community
* Working with staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in developing and leading customer involvement activities
* Experience working with similar customer groups is desirable
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
* Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
