Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join supportive school environments where your skills and commitment will have a genuine impact.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN/ALN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
* Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement
* Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children (school, care, youth work or similar)
* Experience supporting SEN is highly desirable
* Patient, resilient and proactive attitude
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
