Position: Asset Maintenance Manager Location: North East England or North Yorkshire Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 PA plus car allowance and rail pass, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Asset Maintenance Manager to ensure the full delivery of all maintenance, asset and compliance within contractual guidelines on a Facility Management contract.. The role involves to auditing and verification of existing Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC assets and the maintenance schedules to ensure an effective and compliant service. Based form either North Yorkshire or Tyne / Tees side. Main Duties: Check and oversee contractual obligations including: M&E Maintenance Small works projects and refurbishment Statutory compliance H&S auditing Asset surveying,SFG20, PPM planning and compliance logs Update asset lists, schedules and instruction sets on the maintenance management system.
