What you will do:
Sales & Targets
* Proactively manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Deliver against KPIs, including visitor-to-reservation conversion rates.
* Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
* Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
* Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
Compliance & Process
* Adhere to company sales procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) checks and GDPR compliance.
* Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed within agreed timescales.
