As a pivotal member of our team in Ripon, WI, your role as Reliability Engineering Lead involves steering preventative maintenance strategies, optimizing critical spares, and spearheading root cause analyses. Reporting to our Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you'll work autonomously within a supportive framework of policies and guidelines.

Your Core Responsibilities
* Analyze downtime data to improve maintenance strategy effectiveness for critical assets.
* Design and implement maintenance strategies in coordination with maintenance and operations teams based on OEM guidelines and industry standards.
* Build and assess bills of materials to optimize equipment spares.
* Ensure equipment data integrity in CMMS with the data processing team.
* Lead vibration and infrared analysis programs to enhance asset reliability.
* Review and improve maintainability of equipment in partnership with project teams.
* Influence decisions on capital planning for infrastructure enhancements.
* Establish and refine maintenance procedures and standards across the organization.
* Supervise strategic maintenance projects, contributing expert knowledge to asset rejuvenations.
* Improve and evaluate maintenance procedures, including advanced analytics techniques.
Your Profile
* Possess a BS degree in relevant engineering fields, with practical maintenance experience advantageous.
* CMRP certification is a plus.
* Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
* Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes like stamping and machining.
* Organizational and leadership skills of high caliber.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* A self-motivated leader excited about team dynamics.
* Competency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Efficient in multitasking.
* Dedicated to maintaining organizational safety and standards.
Physical Requirements
* Engage in activities requiring stooping, bending, prolonged standing, manual tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs independently.
