What Youll Be Doing Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships
Drive account growth through strategic upselling and expansion
Own account performance, including financials and forecasting
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve challenges
Deliver insightful reporting to support innovation and decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
Engage directly with clients across the UK and internationally
What Were Looking For 3+ years experience in account management (IT or digital consultancy preferred)
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing account performance
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
Confidence in presenting proposals and leading client discussions
A proactive, fast-paced mindset with a focus on results
Experience with enterprise clients (financial services, public sector, or multinational organisations is a plus)
