Duties * Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry and document management. * Ensuring efficient operations and excellent service. * Assist in managing security clearance proccesses and related documentation. * Coordinate with external clients. * Support HR and operations teams. * Organise company events. * Gather and compile weekly updates and reports from site teams. * Handle additional tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience in an administrative or business support role. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) * Candidates should have experience working within an office environment. * Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. * Attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
