About the Role
As a Care & Support Worker with Resolution, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll support people in reaching their personal goals and outcomes. Whether it's helping someone regain confidence to go shopping independently or supporting them in building social connections, your work has purpose.
* Promoting independence and meaningful activities
* Supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, medication, and day-to-day tasks
* Encouraging and tracking personal outcomes and progress
* Using our digital app for secure record-keeping and communication
* Building positive relationships with clients, families, and your care team
* Following best practice in safeguarding and risk assessment
* Being part of a compassionate, connected, and values-driven team
What You’ll Need
* A passion for supporting others
* Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
* Willingness to use your own phone/device for work purposes
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
* A genuine desire to make lives better
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Experience in social care or support work
* Knowledge of Social Services & Wellbeing Act (Wales)
* Health & Social Care qualifications
