* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of 1.25x for hours over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday per year, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year
